CHIEF BUSINESS OFFICER (NOT A BUSINESS MANAGER THIS WOULD BE YOUR CHIEF FINANCIAL DIRECTOR): Please click HERE to access the Web Departmental Deposit Detail Code Request Form. This form can be used to request a modification to a chart string on an existing detail code or to request a new detail code for a chart string combination that is currently not set up for departmental deposits.

A Chief Business Officer must submit this form for review to the Bursar and Treasury Services Department for processing. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for a response to your request.
