Feedback is a hot topic in the world of supervision. While asking for feedback and receiving it well are also very important, this workshop will focus specifically on delivering feedback. How do we provide helpful, supportive, and sometimes very difficult feedback to people on our team while keeping our culture and morale positive? Research shows that the majority of supervisors dread providing feedback, but the majority of employees crave it. Come spend some time with us discussing what feedback really is, and tactics for using it effectively during performance evaluation meetings and all year long.
