Come participate in Virtual Supervisory Fundamentals! In this one-hour kick-off, we will walk you through the process of completing the class in an online format. To have access to the online materials, you will need to register for this session. We will conclude with an open forum question and answer session. You will receive an invitation to this Q & A meeting by registering for the kick-off event. The following sessions will be available through PEP: Employment at UGA: Guidelines and Guidance for Supervisors Gain a fundamental understanding of key UGA employment policies and procedures and learn best practices for application. Performance Management Understand the performance management process for staff from job description to evaluation. Learn how to use work expectations, employee development, and effective feedback as part of the performance management process.
