Title: Well-being: Manage Your Stress (Self-Study)

Description
Stress is hard on your body and your mind. This self-guided course will help you understand more about stress, determine how vulnerable you are to its negative effects, and will guide you through a step-by-step plan to reduce stress. Participants can work at their own pace and will have until December 17 to complete the course. Upon completion, participants will receive a certificate of completion.
