Description
Koru 2.0 is the 4-week mindfulness and meditation class for participants who have already completed the Koru Basic course. Koru 2.0 builds on the skills developed in Koru Basic and provides an opportunity for students to further their practice and deepen their skills. There is a short yoga portion included in this class that is accessible to all fitness levels. The class sessions are 75 minutes long and participants should be sure they are able to attend all four sessions before registering. Prerequisite: Completion of Koru Basic.
