Faculty and staff are invited to join together for dialogue focused on developing our leadership capacity. This session will enable participants to reflect on their leadership, share resources, and additional perspectives, and learn together as we lead through times of transition. Articles or discussion prompts may be shared with registrants before individual sessions. The hour-long session will follow a general format of check-in, resource sharing, and discussion in small groups. Participants do not have to be in a supervisory role to engage in the discussion.
