The Global Advisor Series allows advisors across campus to learn about the options students have to study abroad at one of UGAs 57 international partner universities in a variety of worldwide locations. Exchange programs offer the unique option to take major, minor and elective classes abroad that might not be available on other types of study abroad programs. Exchange programs are typically a full semester or academic year, and offer the widest variety of subjects to UGA students. Exchange Program students usually have access to the full curriculum at the partner university and subjects can greatly complement a large number of academic areas. The presenters will not only go over the variety of programs available, but also the application and transfer credit approval process.
