on the lowest level of the building in an area devoid of windows and
high ceilings.

In downstairs auditorium in the center most seating area away from the windows. However, there is no area in the facility that is away from windows and doors. The ceiling height is also significant in all areas and lighting instruments are hung over the first few rows and could be a risk as well.
