on the lowest level of the building in an area devoid of windows and
high ceilings.

The classroom occupants in 118 should go into the hallway outside the room and shut the door behind them. The rest of the building should use the hallway starting in front of Suite 114 and fill towards the entrances to the building making sure to stop before the open area in front of the doors. If available, people should go to basement.
