on the lowest level of the building in an area devoid of windows and
high ceilings.

Main floor in room 116, front bathrooms on main floor (no room numbers, men's room is preferred as it does not have an external wall), bathroom in rear of room 128, and internal area of room 128 outside of the examination rooms (which have external windows).
