Sending Your Files is Easy!
Feel free to email us directly for smaller content. You may experience problems sending larger files (typically >10MB) by email from an .edu account as most schools have personal file size limitations.

Sending Your Files to the former University Printing
To send us your files, simply click the button below, and choose your content. Please note that folders must be compressed to a .zip file or comparable before uploading. To send individual files larger than 1.5GB, please contact us from the list below.

NOTE: Filenames should not contain any of the following characters:  \ / : + * ? " < > |
Click the "Browse" button, find the file you wish to upload - be sure "after" you click "Upload File" you get the message "Successfully Uploaded" !

Sending Your Files to the former Central Duplicating
The preferred way to send your file is by submitting "print-ready" files via FTP, since UGA email cannot handle large files.
FTP Site Settings: Users need to request access before they can sign in. An FTP client supporting FTPS is needed (FileZilla is a good choice if you do not already have an FTP client). Call or email to let us know which UGA MyID's to grant access to: 706-542-4440.

Host: ftps.centdup.uga.edu
Protocol: FTPS Secure File Transfer Protocol
Encryption: Require explicit FTP over TLS
If client requires a port number: 21

Some users may need to use a different Encryption type. If so, please follow these instructions:
Encryption: Require implicit FTP over TLS
If client requires a port number: 990
Users may need to toggle options in the Transfer settings tab if unable to transfer files: Click here for an example using Filezilla.
Contact us for your userID and password: 706-542-4440.

After you have sent the file, you must complete the Job Request Form and either e-mail your job request to priniting@uga.edu or fax the job request to 706-425-3255 with the file name.

Other Methods of Sending Your Files - Delivery

You may also personally bring us your files on CD/DVD or a flash drive, or mail them to:
